Terrible service at the shop. Not sure who the guy was but he was hiding at the back and when came out I asked him questions about the alarm I needed and he got upset and did not want to give me any info (it is an alarm what else do you need to know, he said) I asked if he did not want to sell and he said NO I DON'T WANT TO SELL YOU ANYTHING. .. I left the shop and did not buy what I needed... really bad...

Don't buy lighting off these people. They will not give any warranty for faulty products...... We moved into our factory approx. 3 years ago and employed an electrician to put in new lighting. He purchased 12 LED lights from Ozdem Distributions in Hallam. The lights at the front of our premises flashed continuously. Our lights in the factory flickered or did not work. Approx 12 months ago the lights were replaced. Still flickering and not working. I asked the electrician to ring the supplier. The supplier said the company that made the lights had gone out of business and it was not his problem. I rang supplier he said nothing he could do because the original lights we purchased was 3 years ago. What a joke! He knew we had trouble with these lights from day one. I would not recommend these people. Bad customer service.
