Unfortunately I’ve had the displeasure of a security issue last Sunday evening at approx 8pm where someone followed me in through the main gate. Not only frightening but when I realised he could access my floor using this door, it wasn’t the nicest moment.The main lights don’t light up until your literally at the main roller door. Security issue with main lights turning off after 15mins and no sensor close by. Also no one ever thought about showing me around or advise the closest location to fire escapes etcThe unit itself has a timer light so every 5mins you need to keep turning it on. Instead of thinking outside the box and offering a storage unit with light she’d rather keep making more excuses. No customer service skills whatsoever. Still hasn’t returned my call, so gutless.What’s the most disrespectful thing you could think of when telling the manager and their head office? No acknowledgement and excuses.Thankfully I’m out of here now, my advice to anyone already here or thinking about it, is your personal security worth that kind of treatment?Compliments to the other staff who’ve not only been helpful to me but also my customers who used a click and collect service. To think the manager cut my lock after locking myself, I offered a designer mask for her trouble. She couldn’t even be bothered in introducing herself as the manager. Poor business skills. As for head office.... disgusting behaviour. So happy to leave your site for something so much better & safer.

I have been using National storage for my wine for over 10 years now. During the time I have found Mark and his team a pleasure to deal with. When I needed to store my furniture a few years ago during renovation, Mark made the whole process so easy. He recommended removalists, packaging solution, talked me through my storage options. In the end, the furniture was packed, taken to Brunswick and a few weeks later returned to my home with minimum fuss. I didn't even have to go in. I would encourage anyone who needs anything related to storage to have a chat with Mark and the team.

Very disappointed with National’s handling of the Wine Ark takeover - no onboarding process (just an email would have been nice), lost of personalised service, and worst of all additional charges which I never got prior to the takeover. I’ve several emails asking for help, but to no avail. Not recommended and am in the process of looking for another storage vendor.

I have used National Storage Brunswick to store my wines since 2007, and I have always found the facility to be safe and secure, and the support from the on-site staff to be friendly and very satisfactory.In particular, Mark who has been there many years has always provided great customer service whenever I have requested assistance.Thanks Mark.

Terrible. Multiple issues while rented the unit over 3 months.1. The actual unit was 200 m around the corner from the actual address. This information was not in any communication (written or verbal) i had with National. In fact I realised this only after I had unloaded my first load.2. Goods lift is completely not fit for service. It is a repurposed crane that the supplied trolleys only just fit in (with an lot of man handling). Took me 10min to get the trolley out last time.This lift has been broken down multiple times, something i only discover on arriving at the centre with a load.Complaints were met with no apologies, recognition or solutions.The complete lack of equipment and communication means i will mot use national again.

After 3 price increases in 12 months I decided it was enough! Left mid month after paying a full month in advance and no refund on the balance of time not used! Time restrictions are a nuisance! Kennards over $50 per month cheaper, cleaner with 24 hour access! No brainer!

I have been a long term client at National Storage Brunswick for 14 years. My experience has been nothing short of hassle free and pleasant over this period of time and I guess that's the reason why I am still a happy customer. I have known Mark for the majority of this time and without doubt his customer service and assistance has been top class in every respect.

This is an excellent storage facility. They have very helpful staff who are always available to assist and happy to go above and beyond with any enquiries that you may have. This place has a huge variety of sizes of units and is a great value for money. Absolutely love my storage unit here and feel very safe knowing my items are here.

Absolutely fantastic service! The manager Mark, and his team have been extremely helpful - assisting us with everything from providing packing boxes, to recommending a removalist. With two young children, the process of moving house was a daunting one, and dealing with National Storage Brunswick, has proven to be one step in the arduous process that's been hassle free. This is how customer service should be. I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend using National Storage Brunswick for any storage needs. Mark was a fantastic help to us in selecting the right size unit for our needs and managed to find us a unit near to the roller doors which assisted greatly in speeding up our packing time. The facility at Brunswick is clean and well maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. Everything you might need for packing is also available for purchase on site and the facility is easily accessible for the hours you will need it.
