Nathalia Boarding Kennels & Cattery

I have nothing but positive things to say about the folks here! My two cats spent almost a month in the cattery whilst I was relocating, and they were more than accommodating to my situation, and were able to extend their stay multiple times. I am very grateful to Fay and the whole team at Nathalia Boarding Kennels & Cattery - I believe my cats didn't want to leave! We would just like to say how happy we are with the service that Vanessa and the team at Nathalia Boarding Kennels provides us each year. We have just got back from a holiday after boarding our 4 rascals. Once again, the team went above and beyond to ensure that our Canine kids had the best care possible. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Customers for life. You guys are the best.

People say their pet is part of their family. Well ours is beyond that, we got him about a month before a suffered a life changing injury so he has been by my side for the last 5 years. So leaving him with other people was such a massive step for not only myself but our family. We read reviews and decide Nathalia Boarding Kennels. Well after the 5 days when we returned we were so happy to see that our boy really didn't want to leave it appeared he had made some new friends and had a great time socializing. We cant thank you all for how you looked after such an important member of our tribe for us and we would recommend you to anyone and entrust you with our Leo again. Thank you.

This place is more than impressive and will always be my #1 kennels. Tommy goes there for doge daycare and boarding. He comes back supper happy and tired from playing all day long with other doges. The service is super excellent. I was running late from work to pick up Tommy. David was happy to wait for me at my place with Tommy until I arrived.

We live in Shepparton and decided to travel with our dog to Nathalia as all the reviews were super nice and no wonder why. You can tell is a dedicated team, the dog absolutly adored the place, they post videos of the pets playing everyday (not always yours ofcoruse), they reply to your texts quick and you can tell from minute one how organised they are. The service is complete and we got back a healthy and happy dog. Thank you!

The staff here are absolutely fabulous! We wanted to pick him up a day earlier which was fine and when we had car trouble they stayed back so we could pick him up after five. Our puppy looked fabulous, was tired out and came home with a gorgeous little bow on his collar (nice finishing touch!).Would 100% recommend and we will be here again!

Couldn't rate these guys highly enough. We'd taken our boy to a different kennel before and he didn't seem like himself when he got home. When we picked him up from here though, he was full of energy, bounding around the room, tail wagging. We love that he got social time with other dogs during the day then his own run at night, and he got a complimentary bath before we picked him up. We'll definitely be back again. Thanks so much!

Our dog has stayed there multiple times and has loved it. She loves to play with other dogs and it's a great chance for her to have that interaction. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and remember exactly who we are when we bring our dog to stay.

My dog and cat we're there for near on a month. I always felt confident and secure about the care they received, the staff i communicated with were always responsive and able to describe their observations and experience with my dog. No hesitation in pets going back there again

A huge thank you to the staff at Nathalia Kennels. They treated our elderly dog like a queen. We were away for quite a while and we’re concerned how she would manage. They were wonderful with her and she didn’t want to come home! Thank you thank you thank you
