Techtivate was a personal referral and am very happy with the service Richard has provided - always good to support local. Richard is always responsive, explains what he believes the issue is, visits and resolves! I have asked Richard many, many questions about technology and he is always happy to oblige and talks tech to me in plain English :).

******APPRECIATION/GRATITUDE POST******A big thank you to Richard from TECHTIVATE.I had hardware issues with my old computer, and I know how hard it is to get someone to look at old computers, no one wants to touch them. Richard came highly recommended on our local residents group page page, so I got in touch with him. On Friday, he arranged to come to our house the next day (Saturday morning) to see what was wrong. While he was here, I mentioned to him hubby’s dinosaur computer (we are great grandparents) was fine but the usb wireless had died, so he could not be on the net, has been off for over a month. Hubby is disabled and that is all the entertainment he gets these days. Richard just messaged me that he has procured what we need and he will bring it round. Doesn’t get much better than that! I was pleased how Richard communicated with me all along, and his price was so affordable. Thank you. Richard.
