So disappointed with Ray WhiteAfter looking for 18 months for the perfect property for us, we found it and made an offer. We waited for 2 days for a response only to be told it was given to someone else. We made a counter offer and waited only to be told I'm not working today as I' m at training".No communication

We recently purchased a house in North Nowra with David Thorpe as the agent. David was good to deal with however most of our interaction was with Jayde Webb, who was nothing short of amazing. Jayde absolutely went above and beyond throughout the entire process, from working on weekends to driving out to the vendor's house to put offers to him when he was difficult to contact. She didn't stop at exchange either, when there were delays with settlement she was on the phone to us every day and personally went to the vendor's solicitor's office more than once to help the process along. Couldn't recommend her highly enough, and I wasn't even her client! I know he was very happy with her service as well though.

Extremely disappointed with the level of service received. The agent I dealt with in Nowra was Brodie I was harassed to pay the deposit even though the contracts were not exchanged. As a mature lady I found them to be intimating and disrespectful therefore I decided not to go ahead due to the lack of care and responsibility to their client.
