Went there for an MRI Head scan.Jack took care of me, lovely customer service. I have bad anxiety and he somehow managed to calm it down with his hospitable nature.Thanks Jack.

Had an X-ray on my knees. There’s no booking required but the wait was a little long so ensure you give yourself 30-45mins waiting time if you go during lunch time.I was looked after very well by PK, who took my scans. Very good customer service.

I just wanted to say massive thank you to Prem PK. He is absolutely lovely. I had a fluroscopy today and yes I was nervous but he helped me with everyone position in the scan, he was incredibly caring and helpful explaining everything to me. I would highly recommend everyone to see Prem. Thank you for being so personable and making me laugh to ease my mind.

Fabulous service, friendly and professional staff. I needed to have a barium swallow test and trying to find a practice that does this was challenging to say the least, until I located Lumus imaging who were affordable and efficient. I had my barium fluoroscopy with Prem PK whom I found to be so wonderful and the care he provided me was second to none, making me comfortable and confident in what sometimes can be a unnerving or uncomfortable procedure. I highly recommend this practice.
