Amazing customer service from Zech and Noah, best store for Dr Ms

lovely customer service & very helpful in helping me find what i was looking for !!

Probably wouldn't buy docs from here. The girl was miserable and rude, didn't greet me. Seemed like a hassle for her to get a pair of shoes out from the back for me, remained behind the counter. I had to come to her to take the shoes to try on. Maybe retail ain't what it used to be, pretty poor customer service.

I would not buy docs from here simply because the the non existent customer service this store has. I waited ages in store till someone came out the back and didn’t even ask if I need help. It was such an inconvenience for her to grab me a pair of shoes to try on. Then she disappeared out the back and didn’t came back to check on me so I simply walk out because there was absolutely no customer service. I have never come across such rude staff in my life. This needs to be addressed otherwise you will lose lots of potential customers.

I went here with my mum and the customer service was absolutely terrible. i have never seen such bad workers ever. we walk in and look at the shoes. since there are so many different styles it was hard for me to pick a style and i was lucky to even have a friend there with shoes of her own to help me choose which ones i wanted to buy and when i asked for a size up the girl workikg there seemed very annoyed and was just on her phone the whole time. i tried them on and she didn't even ask me if they were a good pair or if i wanted to try something different.she continued to stay behind the counter and go on her phone the whole time. i just left after that and i'm never going back there again. i think the manager should get new workers because you are losing many potential buyers.

I’ve never owned a pair of Docs before.I was greeted by Brianna and she was amazing at helping me find the right size boot and answering any questions I had.Thank you for being patient with me and I would highly recommend the service provided here to anyone who wants Dr Martens.

Lovely customer service. I came in to buy a pair of Doc Martens loafers. And all the staff were very respectful and patient with all my needs.

Today 4/3/23 I was in your store and was absolutely clueless about which shoes to buy.The Young lady who approached me as I entered the store was attentive and very polite and introduced herself as Ashton.I’ve never purchased Docs before and Ashton answered every question I asked with confidence and her patience as I went from shoe to shoe was never ending!Ashton put me at ease, She made me feel valid and made my experience in Your store a really pleasant experience! I hope this positive feedback gets passed onto her and her Managers because she was Awesome! Ashton represents Doc Martens and she is a credit to your company!.
