Not impressed at all with the service. Took a Deb dress there. Was asked to come back multiple times cause not finished. Would only pin a small section and boasted that she knew what to do. Picked it up only a small section had been altered. None of the layers underneath had been done, there were pins still in it not corrected. Spent the weekend fixing the dress myself and she charged me $150.00 for nothing. Very dissapointing.

Kim and the team were absolutely wonderful about creating a custom wedding dress (as you can see I was not after white) for an extremely reasonable price. It was much more embellished and extravagant than I was expecting, but I was told this is what works for the dress and they were totally right! I could have had it toned down and layers taken out at no extra cost but why would I, it was incredible!

Kim was an absolute delight! A really lovely person. She did an amazing job altering my formal dress which was made of a very delicate, flowy fabric. I would definitely recommend her services!

I got 6 polo raph tees taken up to match the front hem with the rear hem, I gave her a sample to make sure it’s the correct length.2 weeks later I picked up the garments and they are all too short.Even with the sample? She said she will fix it, a month later I was so feed up i told her just keep it, she undid the hem patched it with a similar fabric to make it look better, guess what still too short. Nice lady but her work is so bad!!! Never a gain Kim.

Kim was absolutely amazing with my wedding dress, she was always so kind and helpful. Every alteration that I had requested was completely flawlessly. Kim was wonderful and I'm so glad I went to her to make my dress perfect for me! Thank you Kim!!!

I had Kim and her team fix my favourite jeans and take up some work clothes. She is reasonably priced and the work done very quickly. I have been going here for years and is worthy of a review.

I was recommended by my friend to get my pants hemmed here.I trust her judgement so that wasn't a concern.I googled Kim's Alterations for directions and curiously I seen 3.8 stars under reviews which lead me to read them.Firstly, I can't understand why anyone would give this business anything lower than 5 stars.My personal experience was a pleasant one. I rang on a Sunday to try my luck (as I was advised she's closed on Sundays), to my surprise she came in just to serve my request.Secondly, Kim was very professional and pleasant to deal with, very warming.Thirdly, she was very prompt with communication, she was running late 30 mins from the organised pick up the next day which I didn't mind at all because the transparency in communication was crystal clear.I will definitely be coming back to Kim's for 3 reasons:1. Professional 2. Competitive price. 3. Customer Service.If you've read my other reviews, I value customer service quite highly.
