I am so glad this place exists! Amazing food, great variety and also offers welcome break from the stock-standard breakfast fare of most cafes. Great vegan options.

I found this place by accident as I was driving through Brompton and decided to stop for a well needed coffee. The decor was very urban and looked great. I am very particular about my coffee and I ordered a double shot capp. They made it perfectly and was the best coffee I have had in a while so I am giving it a 5 star rating based on my coffee. Will visit again at some stage to try their food.

Toast with No-Tella, Bircher muesli and a rice milk cap, at Nutrition Regards, Plant 4, Bowden. And a smoothie. Then, later, there was Seasonal Vegetable Loaf, pumpkin salad and cappuccino number two.

Lots of healthy options. Had the plant based patty with avocado and a hot beetroot drink with coconut milk. Both very enjoyable. Sat outside. Keen to try some of their other offerings. Just a few things confused me... Looking around at the other tables too, the majority we're eating / drinking from disposable cups / plates / cutlery. Even my drink was in a disposable coffee cup. After ordering at the counter I was given a table number. 1 drink was brought out, but the rest of our food and drinks they just yelled out a name and you had to collect it, which wasn't expected, so lucky we heard it. Not sure the point of the table numbers...?

Honestly my go to place whenever I visit Adelaide. I always get the Peruvian smoothie bowl and it’s seriously one of the best things ever invented, so delicious!!!

We were in Adelaide for a week and went to this place 4 times. We only wish it was in Melbourne too! So vegan friendly, easily labelled and incredible staff. Owner was so friendly and genuine as well. Must visit for all veggies in the area!

First time visiting this place and so many great options on the menu. I went for the Peruvian smoothie bowl which was unbelievable. Good selection of coffees, juices, smoothies and kombucha. Highly recommend.

Really friendly staff in an awesome hire open space. Seats are really comfortable with nice cushions and the place is well ventilated with plenty of light. There’s free WiFi available courtesy of the Plant 4 complex but there’s no power points available to charge. Plenty of seating types available and outdoor seating in front of a grassed area. Great coffee and snacks! #BeatTheGrind

Always come here for a catch up with a friend or a meeting with a client or to get some work done on my laptop. So chill, the food and coffee are amazing - awesome for a healthy, wholesome feed, food and coffee are made with love. The staff are super friendly. Highly recommend.
