I am not going to explain the incompetence of these people for fear of retribution if I reveal my identity. Completely incompetent operators who fly by the seat of their pants.

My poor old Toshiba laptop was getting very tired and was running sluggishly!! I called soooooo many places and due to the age of my computer I had been given quotes way beyond my price range. I was told to get rid of it, can't be repaired, it was time to let it go. I had ALL of my life in it and I needed to get saved. Thanks to Chris, he did a miracle job on it and it's now working like brand NEW!!! He listened to my needs, realizing it was hard of me to be part from it. I had sooooo many types of viruses in it that was literally taken over. However, Chris took on the challenges, gave it a full service and removed it all, fixed ALL my problems, he install the software, updated my windows and even saved my files on a hard drive for my copy. I am soooooo grateful that I was given upmost care during this process, what was very stressful to me. Highly recommend you to ALL my TAFE colleagues. Really can't rate this guy high enough. Extremely patient with us as absolute amateurs after we presented our home built gaming PC with numerous issues. He fixed hardware and software problems and explained everything as we went with cheer. He honestly exceeded all expectations and is definitely now my go to. Absolute legend. Thanks man.

Almost got scammed! We just setted up a whole new PC but they said motherboard and CPU was broken, all we asked for is to reboot but instead they said it cost 950$ all in total. So we asked back but they asked 200$ just looking and doing absolutely nothing. We went to another computer shop all it took us was 150$ in total. Definitely not happy with this store.
