The Good Guys Butler

Just bought a washer and dryer from Goodguys Butler great service from Fatmata not pushy very friendly as was the checkout person. It was ready to pick up as we requested and brought out by Callu friendly and professional great service

Absolutely disgusted by the way I have been treated from this store.Long story, but basically we needed a replacement dishwasher, visited twice before making a decision and each time a different member of staff gave completely different advive on what washer to get.Went down to purchase a Bosch machine after being advised in store which was free standing only to be told and pushed towards an Asko one.Anyway I followed his advice and waited 4 days for it to be delivered only to find it was an integrated washer and completely no use .Went back to store and was told I could exchange for the Bosch I originally wanted. Only catch, would have to pay again until Asko refund money, at no point did anyone mention I purchased the washer from Asko and not good guys, even though I bought from the Good guys store.So $1800 dollars out of pocket and 5 days later , still no refund.Broken promises of phone calls to update me.Very, Very disappointing treatment from a store we have spent thousands in over the years.

Absolute worst store ive ever been in and not just once !!Every time i go in this store i spend the entire time trying to find a staff member to serve me.. have walked out multiple times along with many other customers

I've never really had much of a problem with The Good Guys until now. We purchased a Robo Vac with the additional warranty of the gold concierge deal for extended warranty. Now that the Robo Vac is broken neither the original manufacturer, nor The Good Guys will repair or replace. Basically people dont pay for the Gold concierge it's a rip off.

Been coming to good guys for years and decided to go visit the butler one as I recently moved beside it. Honestly fantastic customer service skills by the girls at the front! Keep up the good work.

I had amazing customer service from Stef (hope that's spelt right) in the TV department. She was so helpful and very patient. She went out of her way to help, even sacrificing her coffee break to make sure I had the best deal and that I purchased what I was looking for. If you're after TVs or sound bars talk to her for an amazing experience.

Great service from the staff here. Done most my research online just had a few questions to ask in store, lovely service from kath, Dan and the admin ladies.P.s if you need to wait, don't forget to grab a coffee if you can!

Unfortunately after years and years of me going shopping for appliances at Good Guys I decided not to go there anymore cause one rotten egg ruined all others ! I had awful experience with installation of My new dishwasher last week it started fine and it was delivered the following day but after we arrange & set date for the installation but I end up waiting for days for someone to come and get installed I also paid $150 for the installation in the Butler store , they sent me the worst unskilled rude person who instead of installing dishwasher by ruined my plumbing pipes and switch valve and left my house so I had to call my plumber to fix damage and to reinstall a dishwasher and paid additional $200 on top of $150 !! A Good Guys person called himself Beckham" aka David Beckham had fake name and probably everything else was fake too but sales manager in store called Daniel was even worst he was ignorent useless and wasn't unwilling to get involved it this dispute or to help me

Customer for a few years already and today we bought a new washing machine in the new store in Butler. The team helped and guided us in our choice and the manager Rebecca was fantastic. I highly recommend this store.

Good Guys Butler would have the most impatient, cranky Staff I’ve ever come across.Went to buy a Washing Machine there yesterday and was served by a Middle aged Māori Lady who was just a cranky old Tart.Impatient, rude, cynical, facetious smartarse,I will never go there again to buy anything. That was enough.
