Spotless a Downer company

The worst & the most disrespectful management by a company I have seen so far. Join them if you never seek for justice & fair work with your profession.

In my organisation we moved away from the mediocre services of spotless cleaning and gradually catering for a reason. That has been one of the best decisions we have made to date.Going to Royal children Hospital this afternoon re-confirmed that it was indeed the right decision.At the entrance of the hospital l, they had a badly trained security door person with poor communication skills who is selective about who he would enforce hospital policy on.My assumption is that the hospital's policy is to allow only one parent at a time, which is good and well. However, this rule should apply to everyone regardless of gender race or creed.The spotless door person was selective on who this rule would apply to and I like several other people have an idea how he was selecting the people.Upon arrival with my wife and baby, I was told that only one parent is allowed, I thought fair enough and thanked him and went outside only to see that he was letting couples with a childgen and parents with children and extended families enter in groups. Not only one family, but multiple.When I saw this, I went in to ask him why this was and he was he intially wanted to say that tgey were employees, and when i told him they weren't, he became quiet rude and when I asked his name to lodge a complaint, he said just go". I said excuse me and only then he said you can complain to my supervisor if you want

WARNING about Spotless!!! If you park your car anywhere Spotless are working for councils, they will damage your car.Their workers damage cars with their equipment. My car was severely damaged with some $4,000 worth of damage done to it by them.Despite witnessing this, they deny and lie about it. Their supervisors, like that of Garth and Mohamed, who work for Spotless and have a maintenance contract for City of Melbourne lie and cover up so they don't have to take responsibility for the actions of the employees under their management.After reporting this to Spotless, they first failed to record the incident so I had to report it again. Then after fulfilling all their requests, including meeting with Garth, they continually changed their story then even denied meeting.My insurers have made numerous attempts to contact Garth, however he refuses to answer his phone and does not return calls. This is completely disgusting behaviour by these people and the organisation.If you see any Spotless employees around near your vehicle, especially if they are carrying any equipment, be sure to film them and watch them carefully.

Had the good fortune of having a wonderful employee Yetski (sic) assist me st Hampton Station when I was trying to show a Japanese student how to buy a Myki card all to no avail as it turned out we found out with his assistance that the eftpis was damaged but he was so kind and helpful. He was working there Sunday 14 May

I’m in Bendigo hospital and have complained repeatedly about the quality of cleaning in my room and bathroom to the point my daughter ended up cleaning my room and it was filthy

Do not employ. Google what they did (or didnt do) to Victorian schools resulting them receiving in a $180k fine. The antithesis of spotless & cleaning.

Been working in spotless schools for 1.5 years now on the Peninsula & seems the company has really upped themselves since past.Always know my team & boss Shiral has my back and isn’t afraid of stepping in and doing extra when needed.The only cleaning company I have been with that I find to truly respect it’s staff.

I worked in CSL behring broadmeadows as a Downer employee. They are so irresponsible, when they need, they give 6 days shift in a week, and when they don't need, they fired with silly mistakes and without any notice and warning. And, they said to do blood test, take flu vaccines, and hepatitis b vacancies and we will pay you, but it's been 3 4 month they haven't pay yet.

Great place to work. The cafe in the he foyer is top class.
