I needed speakers. Bill took the time to ask what my needs were/budget/room size etc. He sourced some great speakers and allowed us to listen to our choice of music on his beautiful $17k speakers. Its not just a purchase. Its an experience.

Great guy and awesome service.i called bill at 1-30pm on Thursday afternoon and wanted a new amp and new speakers but I needed them that day. He not only delivered them himself but spent a lot of time setting it to work for me along with his technician paulBoth guys spent hours at my house making sure everything was perfect.Wish I had of bought all my gear from bill. Originally considered using some existing equipment for a new home theatre setup and went in to speak with Bill regarding my plans. He listened to what I was hoping to achieve and set about working on what I wanted to do, as my space was built my plans changed and I made a decision to buy all new equipment. Bill ensured that he found the perfect product to suit my needs. When install time came, Paul the technician was fantastic. He was a delight to have around the home and lined up our whole setup with great precision. We have since had Bill visit the site and calibrate the audio and our theatre room is just spot on!! Worth every single cent.I would highly recommend the team here, they have always been polite and returned communication quickly. We now have a custom Dolby Atmos home theatre calibrated with both audio and video. Mick the video technician spent almost 3 hours in home calibrating the tv setup so to create a visual that was exactly what the film makers wanted you to see! This system also pumps out some pretty amazing audio if we just want music too.Finally to note; we had a few small hiccups with some technical glitches after installation due to external equipment. Paul returned on site and spent the time needed to get everything just right.If i could leave more stars I would, will 100% use their services again for any/all our home audio needs we may want in the future! Friendly and helpful staff backed up by excellent product for sale

As along term customer of Bill, it never ceases to amaze me how he manages to continually refine & improve the SQ that can be attained using magnepan speakers. Sure, the basics remain the same such as a clean power delivery from the amps, a decent sized room to let them breathe properly & great ancillaries delivering recored content.It's the not so subtle improvements Bill constantly tests & improves via cables, switches, streamers, filters, power supplies etc.I made a visit recently to hear for myself the latest installment Bill said I should purchase to raise the bar of SQ to elevated new heights in my system. Intrigued, I asked Bill to play his system without & then with the new product & what an amazing revelation it is. The emotional delivery in any type of music was incredible, presenting the very essence of whatever the artist is trying to convey through vocals & music.I quite often get hairs raised on the back of my neck but I have never been bought to tears without visual accompaniment. Now I have! I listened to a track I know well - Sarah Bareilles - Amidst The Chaos - Live From The Hollywood Bowl - Track -No Such Thing/Satellite Call. Oh my, the emotion this artist's voice can place deep inside you is stunning. The Maggies just let it all roll into the room & I was the conduit where it all landed. The bass quality & extension is now sublime. Totally controlled through the 30.7 bass panels & 2 x Rel 510's subs by using a dbx pro - drive rack - venu 360. This item needs professional calibration but it is, as Bill suggested to me, a game changer for Maggie users. Thank you Bill for your time in educating me why I should have this in my system. Great Service and down to earth experience.The quality of gear sold her is top notch and the knowledge is very helpful in selecting the right gear.Reminds me of quality Hi-Fi shops selling the top end gear that used to be around. Far above the shops just selling you a box without you able to trial it.Called in looking for a new DAC and Bill loaned me a Nuprime DAC10 which has just blown me away. Without that trial i may have made a poor decision by buying wrong, so Thanks to Bill and the team for helping me out.
