Pet Insurance Australia is definitely the BEST pet insurance you can have. I'm with them for 9 years. My dog constantly needs medical attention and they ALWAYS supported our claims. No issues whatsoever. I would HIGHLY recommend PIA.

I have been with PIA for 5 years now. First for my cat, then my other cat and now a dog. They have always been great with the claims and help provided. The VetChat consults are also a great addition (that I had to use twice in a month!).It is fantastic to know you can rely on them, but especially when, like me, you’ve had to use the insurance a lot.There’s never been an issue whatsoever.Happy customer!Greg

I have my dog insured with PIA and am very happy with them. I have had a few claims over the past 9 years and the claim has been processed very quickly , 48 hours turnaround usually. Plus my vet submits the invoice for me. Definitely recommend

Have had my 7 year old dog with PIA since he was born and when he recently got very sick, PIA didn't hesitate to pay my claim. As an added bonus, if you use any of the Greencross pet care services, the claim can be processed on the spot in around 10-15 minutes and you only pay the gap. Would certainly recommend PIA for piece of mind.

Been with P.I.A. for 14 years now and never had any problems with my claims. Claims process online is very easy and turnaround has always been very quick. Had three dogs with them and as long as rates remain reasonable, will continue to insure with them.

I have held comprehensive PIA insurance for the last 3+ years. My dog needed TPLO surgery recently. I used the gap only payment service and and it was seamless. I didnt have to worry about uploading paperwork as the vet animal hospital put through the claim. PIA covered $2400 of the total claim approx. $4800.

Cannot recommend PIA enough, they were the best to deal with when initially researching and have been the best ever since after engaging them. The app is awesome and super convenient! We have had some un-expected ongoing occurrences come up with our Fur baby and they have been super easy to lodge claims with etc. We cannot recommend PIA enough to our friends and family ! I got a rescue puppy who has had a spate of unexpected health issues, and PIA have been amazing. They process claims quickly, keep me updated throughout the entire process, itemise the claims clearly, and even emailed me suggesting I use (and telling me how to use) the on the spot claim function which came in so handy when I had a particularly expensive vet visit. I've never bothered with pet insurance before, but I am so happy and relieved that I have it now and that I looked at reviews and went with PIA before getting it.

I would like to say, that my experience with Pet Insurance Australia (PIA) was not only pleasant but also courteous and fast.My dog, Nadia, had a growth that had to be removed and, after submitting the account - which I had already paid - to PIA it was rapidly processed, and an amount refunded directly into my bank account.Being on a pension this was a most welcome change from some of the large business' who tend to drag their feet when it comes to payouts.

I've only been with them for 2 months and already have had 2 of my claims approved and paid out. The previous insurance company refused every claim over the last year so dealing with Pet Insurance Australia's fast response and payout time has been fantastic and stress-relieving.
