I recently purchased a property, and obtained a property report from The Best Building and Pest Inspections. The inspector was extremely thorough and knew what he was talking about. He was also happy to take his time to answer any questions I had, which was extremely helpful. The report was professional and contained a heap of information, again very helpful. I'll definitely use these guys again when I buy my next property, and would recommend them to anybody needing a building report.
