Parramatta Honda (Service)

This is second visit to Honda service in Rydalmere. Thank you very much for Alex's patience in explaining to me!!!!!!! Alex was very friendly and helpful.Will go back for my next car service.Thanks again!

Service Advisor was very prompt and helpful. Service is fast and reliable. Best Honda service experience.

I have had a good experience with Parramatta Honda so far, unlike my experience with Sutton City Honda which is closed now. Also, I have to say that the Honda call centre is absolutely useless, remember to follow up always, you never get a call back if you leave your number.

Was quoted a $190/he diagnostic fee for a car problem which had already been diagnosed during a service a week prior, and was covered to be repaired under my 7 year warranty. Then was told I was ineligible for a courtesy replacement vehicle as they needed to be booked 2 weeks in advance. Somehow one became available a week after I spoke to Honda Alexandria and explained the problem. I ended up getting a courtesy car from Parramatta with no fuel in the tank. I gave the team a receipt for the fuel I ended up leaving in their car upon returning it. No reimbursement to this day. Overall a condescending, unprofessional service with less than agreeable staff.

They use pressure sales tactics to squeeze a little more money out of you!Dodgy service!4 screws were missing from my underneath mud shield. Didn't know until I heard flapping noise.Also makes me question whether they had charged me for services not performed.Careless mistakes, untrustworthy.Never again!

Havent came across anything worse than the this place.1. Rude agents, have No sense of knowledge whatsoever, they are basically asked to make customer fool and rip them off.2. Lying is something they are professional at, constant lying and have no decency to resolve customer issue.3. Fraud, over charging customers and ripping them off! Soon enough they will have a taste of their own medicine! Can’t go long for too long!Useless place and litterly have no idea how to deal with customer, no basic ethics and should surely visit other brands to learn or hire profession. The issue is still not resolved, time wasted and money is wasted as well.Especially the guy peter and binda , they act like gamgsters sitting in front office. I will be filing official complains against these two people and the dealership with honda.Pathetic

Returned to this service centre today regarding a fault identified by my mechanic. Owing to previous poor experiences with this and one other Honda Service Centre I had resolved to not use them again.Today’s experience was a very pleasant surprise. My need for a short wait time due to a family circumstance was heard and honoured. The car was looked at soon after my arrival, and the issue was identified and rectified as quickly as they could which was greatly appreciated .

Never had a problem. The car has always been serviced promptly and has been reliable. They always go over the service required explaining what's to be done and having you sign off. After there's a breakdown of the costs incurred and any work that may be required at the next service.

I brought my new honda here and Spoke to Nikhil . Wow that bloke is amazing . Not only did he help me he advised on additional things that my vehicle requires. He truly goes above and beyond his roll . Its great to see a young man ve so good at his job . You can tell when someone loves what he does . Look forward to seeing you in my next service good work mate .

This was my 3rd service since i had purchased a honda. Great customer service. Well explained charges and costs. No hassle.
