Just beautiful. From the time I walked in the reception staff were so welcoming and professional to the most gentle, kindly spoken ultrasound lady, Michelle (Irish I think) I've ever met. She explained everything, was super clean and hygienic about all aspect of the procedure and made me feel like I truly mattered. Even the other staff I encountered on the way to the toilets were so sweet. All in all an experience I've not had before but totally welcome.Thankyou Michelle and staff.

Thank you Emma and Michelle for the holistic and patient centred care provided :)I bypass numerous imaging facilities just to get to Niddrie XR as it's my favourite! They bulk bill, quick turn around time, friendly yet professional environment that exceeds my expectations. Ever since my first visit a few months ago, I have referred a fair few friends and family and they haven't looked back ever since they've experienced it for themselves too!

After a very poor experience at Lake Imagining I was recommended by my mother in law to get my pregnancy ultrasounds here at Niddrie XRay. I am so glad I did! The staff are amazing. Unfortunately I did not catch the sonographers name but she was the lovely Irish woman. She absolutely went above and beyond! Really took the time to walk me through everything and reassured me. The fact she also included my two sons in the process- showing them what's what on bubs and answering all their questions speaks volume and was really appreciated. I cant recommend this clinic enough!

This was my first time here for an X-ray for my daughter. The imaging was taken on the 14th Mar. I would not rate them high as they didn’t give me any indication of any emergency as my girl had a fracture. I don’t even know if the sense of emergency was passed on to the GP as we were informed by the GP only after 2 weeks on the 30th Mar. Also when I was finally sent to the hospital to get the cast, coordinating with them for the images was very difficult. Their report said it is healing but the situation seems worse as we have been informed by the hospital that my daughter will need surgery to set her hand right. If you care do not go there!

Went in to do a quick x-ray on a Saturday, and was greeted by a professional outfit who streamlined the process. En route to the x-ray room, we caught a glimpse of the equipment, rooms and setup, which looked highly clinical and brand new.The procedure was quick, friendly, and efficient. And Medicare is accepted.

Thank you to the lovely team at Niddrie X Ray for squeezing my son in for an urgent scan last minute even though they were fully booked out. The front desk ladies were so kind. Kevin was fantastic and did his best to calm/distract my nervous son during the scan.

I have been using Niddrie X-ray for a couple of years. I drive a long way for my scans and x-rays. The reasons are thatnothing is too much trouble for the staff and the quality of their work with the latest equipment means a lot to me.

The Niddrie X-Ray team are simply amazing! Had ultrasounds done for DVT and they are very thorough and professional. They even let me come in immediately when I had some leg soreness. Highly recommend.

All in all the experience was very pleasant. Came in for an ultrasound guided injection and I was dreading it for weeks. When I came in, I didn’t have to wait long. The procedure was explained to me and I was asked repeatedly if I have question. It was quick and easy. It was over before I know it. Staff are very friendly and very professional, specially Alex.
