I got in touch to have some warranty work done on my 2 year old build and no one has called me or E-mailed me back.I spoke to someone on the phone from head office that told me that it might not be covered under warranty when it is a structural problem but no one can come out because you are too busy for a few months.that's great you guys are busy I can see you are building your own project home in box hill. (but that doesn't help me)

We've locked in with Mojo because of their edginess, good reviews, professionalism, organised-nature cost effectiveness and honesty (we were ripped off previously by a small, local builder). Ed Campbell (New Homes Sales Consultant – Dual Living) and Amy Robson (Client Relations Consultant) have been friendly, patient and professional throughout. Very Happy!

If anyone is building with MOJO, just be prepared, their deals are great, but they are the same company as McDonald Jones Homes, but they prioritise them over MOJO. There are lots of MOJO houses that started around the same time as mine, some earlier, that are still sitting (it's been over a year). Yet, there are lots of MacJones ones that started months after mine, some much larger homes, and are already completed. Had a great expeirence with the sales team, but it was downhill after that. The easiest comparison to compare is the Qantas vs Jetstar model, good deals for the lesser one, but you got to deal with delays. Alas, the wait continues.

Building with Mojo home has been a rollercoaster with unfortunately more downs then ups. Whilst the home design itself is great and staff are friendly to deal with, the quality delivered is subpar and trades unskilled and poorly supervised. Through the build we have had to constantly raise concerns over quality and they either just get kicked along and covered up or try to persuade you it’s fit for purpose. We have had issues with excessive cracking in the slab, water ingress issues, poor roof flashing. Walls out of line, painters who don’t do any preparation, doors that don’t close properly. It’s becoming more of a joke the closer we get to completion on how dismissive on quality their contractors are.

One of the worse sales experience and poor customer service.My first visit to Mojo was on Aug 2018 requesting them for an appropriate plan suiting my lot. I was advised by one of the consultant that he will respond in 2 weeks but there was no response until Dec 2018. Subsequently I visited Mojo 1st week of new year and was requesting the same. But this time I was keen on a specific plan (Soul 39) and wanted to check if this will fit. I met one gentleman Darrel Singh and told him about my first experience with Mojo and he apologised but I even had a bad experience with him. He started pre judging my capacity and did not give me any clarity on the products Mojo was offering. Subsequently I understood the Plan I was interested will not fit my block , he just completely ignored me and stared attending other customer. I just felt a bit humiliated in the place. Mojo is a NO NO for anybody, I have visited at-least 10- 15 builders and MOJO is the worse of all. Even before they get your business they have a very poor attitude to customer . If the sales person having this attitude which should ideally project the way the a organisation should be, imagine your experience when you get locked with them and you meet other people in this organisation. I feel MOJO customers will go through hell before they can get their dream home built.Ideally I wanted to give a ZERO star for such attitude and service. I thought it was one of instance when I approached them first but the second meeting was even bad.

I have been on and off looking at builders for the last 12 months and after careful consideration, MOJO and David Grace stood out from the rest. Our experience in dealing with David from the MOJO Homes Emerald Hills Homeworld was incredible. His service was very friendly, always had time to answer our questions even on his day off. MOJO’s inclusions were far superior than any other builder we spoke too in relation value for money. I can’t thank David Grace enough for his support through my family’s journey !

Good price and quality. They give you lots of promotion and discounts. Also you can alter the house design, and get a customized design as you wish in mind. Thank you Mojo, we love our house you built!

Worst building experience that I have ever had!>Six project managers were assigned to a single dwelling project with no transition process.>The project was delayed by more than six months.>PCA wouldn't sign off their job due to a design/DA lodgement issue.Stay away from them!
