I recently visited Pizza Hut and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained.The pizza itself was delicious. The crust was crispy yet chewy and the sauce had just the right amount of tanginess. The toppings were fresh and plentiful, and the cheese was perfectly melted. We started going to pizza hut and it was under new management , we always order pepperoni pizza, my son Michael loves pepperoni pizza and it is always made to perfection , the manger offered drinks to my children and gave me vouchers, customer service is always excellent and when we arrive we are greeted by our name. Very welcoming

I am not sure why this place has so many low reviews because I have ordered here soooo many times, delivered without issue. If anything this is a top tier pizza hut store compared to other's I have tried. The pizzas are always cooked to perfection with generous toppings. The cheese crust is my go to, and it has never failed to satisfy my craving. Will always be ordering from this Pizza Hut in Marrickville.

After a 25 minute run of them telling me I never ordered there, calling their manager and arguing with me that I never ordered there, even after showing them the bank transaction that clearly said “pizza hut marrickville”, it turns out they had my order all along and by the time they gave it to me it was hard and soggy. Not only that but I ordered a loaded supreme and a Hawaiian and this is what I got. Not happy. Hardly any toppings, cheese scarce and hard, hurt my teeth to chew through it. For $50 worth you’d think it’d be edible. Tried calling the store and told me they couldn’t hear me, couldn’t get through again.

Reggie, the new store owner is very friendly and chatty. He even offered me a free raspberry Fanta with my order. The 2 large pizzas I ordered were loaded with a generous portion of cheese and the dough (traditional pan, of course) was neither doughy nor burnt but fully risen. Good bye fancy trattorias, hello Pizza Hut goodness ☺️

Stayed over at a mates place for drinks so this isn't my local but boy am I tempted to swing by more often. Pizza toppings were bloody generous and the cheese was literally dripping down edges.Well made pizza, great customer service and clean front counter = Thumbs Up!!!

New management and you can tell. Really nice guy that’s taken it over. Engaging, asking where my job was around the corner and enjoyed his enthusiasm in taking over the joint. He’s even taken down my details as the app wouldn’t acknowledge my unit address to see what he can do and also upgraded my drink last week for being out of stock on prawns. Never had that good of a service at a Pizza Hut before! Give it another shot if you haven’t already been. He’s awesome.

This pizzahut is by far the best franchises out of many I have had, I don't live in the area and only orderred as had work nearby, the pizzas were fresh and piping hot even after a 30min drive, generous with toppings and the spicy chicken topping was one of my favourite!Would definitely be visiting again :)
