The team at Home Care Helpers have been a fantastic help for my elderly mum who needed a little bit of help with the household chores in her unit every once a fortnight.Mum really appreciates having her unit cleaned and bed made, with the added bonus of a trip to the shops for a cup of coffee and a chat with the Home Care person!The team are friendly, flexible and the price they charge for the service they provide represents good value for money too.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to you.

In today's busy sometimes confusing world I was fortunate to choose Home Care Helpers as my agency. One hears many stories of carers and agencies not providing continuing good care. My experience with HCH has been a delight. I have had two wonderful carers Ivany and Nicole. They are caring, professional and provide pleasant company and help with any of my needs. When I changed carers there was a handover so I was able to meet Nicole as Ivany moved to weekend duties. The handover was very helpful. Communication with HCH is always available and I would certainly recommend them. I also feel they would be a good agency to work for. Ivany and Nicole who come to me speak very well of the manager and they definitely feel valued and enjoy working for HCH. Having come from health care background I say HCH does aged care very well.
