Bad wait time, employment agent lied and threatened to cut my payment illegally. I recommend getting a transfer ASAP, they may seem friendly at first and some of them helpful. But if you get the wrong agent it's hell.

My employment officer Skye has been amazing. In our first meeting we outlined a clear plan for me to further my employment opportunities whilst working towards a career that I’m passionate about. We even discussed internship opportunities down the track and getting driving lessons. I feel supported and encouraged, which boosts my confidence when applying for future work. Having been at several other providers previously, this is the most positive and encouraging environment I’ve experienced so far. Thank you Skye! :)
