Consistently good here. After being butchered at numerous places around Newcastle, I finally found this joint. I leave with the same level of quality every time. All the staff are cool here too. It's a yes from me.

My partner came in to have his hair done for our wedding this weekend. He provided the exact picture of what he wanted (a picture of himself from a previous haircut in our home town), and explained that just like in the picture he wanted at least an inch on top and wanted his beard in a wedge shape, not curved. What he ended up getting was barely more than a buzz cut on top and a rounded beard that was cut way shorter than he wanted and they ruined his moustache. As he had to take his glasses off for the appointment he wasn't able to see so could not tell the progress and trusted to staff to follow his instructions. One of the worst haircuts I've ever seen him with.

The owner is great, her staff not so much. Her staff seam a bit lazy and do the front right but miss the back of your head and needed constant reminding of how I would like my hair cut.
