Don’t buy clearance items from them I bought 3 Items on sale they told me they are brand new just without boxes when got home to use them they are all used and dryer was not working washing machine makes noise and the TV was scratched and used I replaced the dryer and they charged me the the extra price for the one not in saleThey mentioned after returning it they were tested all in the shop before sale then why they are faulty if it was tested !!Waste time and moneyIf you pay extra 10 to 20 % you will buy brand new and more time warranty in other trusted shopsNot recommended at all

During my most recent experience with Bing Lee I was assisted by Mario. I bought a Kelvinator fridge from this store in 2018 and took out an extra warranty on it. Couple of months ago the Fridge stopped cooling and without remembering about the extended warranty, I got it fixed by a Kelvinator technician paying from my pocket only to realise a few weeks later that it already had the extended warranty. I have then emailed Mario about my mistake. Mario was very pleasant and understanding about my situation and he, during his busy times at work, has written several emails back and forth with me and a third party insurance company and finally I got a full reimbursement of what I have paid from my pocket. Mario deserves accolades for his professional approach, many thanks to you Mario.

It was Boxing Day sales and I checked the website for an item that was $269. It wasn't marked as on sale online. There were other items with red ticket prices, but I was after this model.When I went into the store, the marked price was $299. After waiting for ten minutes in a store with hardly any customers, I chased someone down and asked them what the best price they could do was. They checked the computer and said $269.I walked out as I don't find it acceptable customer service to go into the store, and get given a pseudo-discount" to match what is already on their website. I also noticed other items marketed cheaper on their website yet the ticketed price in store was $30-50 higher.ADDIT: Bought two of them off Amazon instead for cheaper."

The seller who looks like one of the owning family was with a very gloomy face and so rigid in dealing with us. He wouldn't gladly show us the products and he would only offer $7 discount. He dealt with us as if we were beggars, while they still owe me $50 since two years now and they just ignored it.

In the door as soon as they opened, sales assistant, Terry, was first person to see us enter, took us to fridges, checked stock level, asked for delivery preference, processed payment, with a discount i might add, and out the door in 10 minutes flat.That is what i call service.
