Mike Mesley very rude and unprofessional argued with my mother over her old dog and acted as if she was neglecting him. At first refused to give our dog his parvovirus vaccination and walked out claiming we were wasting his time. Then came back and decided he would give him the vaccination. Overall not very impressed by the service but at least our dog got the vaccination he needed.

I cannot commend this practice highly enough. The service was professional and compassionate and the rapport between my very wary dog and the wonderful vet Serena was incredible.If you love your critters this is the place to take them.Thank you so much Dr Kai and all the team for saving Sadies life. Your expertise and skills along with the compassion you showed my sometimes difficult dog is deeply appreciated. Thanks to you Sadie is well on the way to recovery.

Absolute rip off service, lack of professional advice and care! Their staffs private Facebook page that was leaked to me by a previous staff member is so critical of customer’s and their pets care that it borders on defamation! Payment was demanded after last visit but after multiple requests no invoice was ever issued! Despite this, fortnightly Centrepay payments have been made but still no statement of accounts status has been issued. You are better off driving to the coast for better care and service!

Had to get in after hours. Grace was straight onto my dog as he wasn't doing well. She was very good with communication and dealing with the situation.Great service and great place.Thanks again Grace

Collin and his team saved our first born furry child after a major accident with a Kangaroo! Our terrier cross had some plastic surgery and is on the mend! We are very lucky to have such a skilled clinic not too far from home.

Very professional business and friendly. Honest about prices, great online appointment system. I highly recommend them.4 years on, and they have been amazing for my alpacas and cats. Today, I had to put down one of my cats due to kidney failure. They were loving, caring, respectful, and kind. That is all you can ask for when you have to end the life of a loved one. Thank you, Snowy Vets, for your ongoing care and support. Your team is the best.

We had to take our 2 year old staffy girl to see Dr Kai whilst on holidays in Jindabyne and couldn't be happier with the care from Kai, Maddie and the practice. Dr Kai gave us plenty of time to explain our dogs various health issues, she listened then did her examination and treated accordingly. She asked us to let them know how our pup was later that afternoon and them Maddie followed up the next day. We were very happy with our pups care and the follow up.

Here on holiday and needed urgent attention for our dog. We received excellent, competent and caring service and are so grateful to be fitted in and our dog sorted out prior to the long weekend. Very reasonable price compared to Sydney vets. Thank you.
