Baby Bunting Chatswood

This is our first child so first experience with Baby Bunting - it’s been really good, very happy with the products, price and service. I find the staff helpful, in particular Connie. Connie is not only really knowledgeable but also goes above and beyond every time I’min the store.

I have had an overall good experience at Baby Bunting Chatswood after purchasing and using a range of their services- from nappies to car seat installation to breast pumps. I would say there is a mix of workers there, some who are FANTASTIC at their customer service and some who are a little more cold in their approach. They offer a price match if their competitors have stock available which is a win. They do not offer the Haakaa range in-store as it’s only available online,so be sure to double check stock before coming in. Over all I would recommend this baby bunting for your baby focused needs! ( also, visit their second level. I had no idea they had a second level until visiting 10 or so times!)

We've had a great experience at the Chatswood store, as first time parents we had lots of questions and needed all the help we could get. Susan was incredibly patient and helpful and took the time to help us with everything we needed.

Great customer service, all the options you can think of any baby related stuff, easy access and parking.

Been hear a few times with my wife looking at baby stuff the second time we came and got a car seat fitted and checked of and felt quiet taken advantage of and ripped off considering my attempt to fit it still installed was basically correct all it needed was packing up with towels.The total fitment and towels to pack it up and suggested, unnecessary extension strap was over $100 I felt just it was more about making money than safety .Other times we have been in store buying other items we need and staff have been very friendly and helpful which is why I didn’t rate it 1 star .

Connie was an extremely helpful attendant who gave valuable advice to 2 first time parents who were very much in need of some guidance. Thank you Connie for all your help and support - we have come back 3 times to this store because of the service she provided us - much appreciated!

They claim they do 5% discount match when you find the cheaper price elsewhere. Please know this is a lie. I found the new Pria car seat on BubsAndGrubs, that’s is a few dollars cheaper as well as it has a free installation (as opposed to 49 dollars). And the response was: we can’t match it, we have our own unique custom version of the seat. This is an absolute lie, as no producer would create a special seat for only one reseller, yes, but you may have a different label on the exactly the same seat.Funnily enough, people from Baby Bunting Castle Hill were happy to price match it, they just didn’t have stock so sent us to Chatswood. Chatswood didn’t want to do the same thing as the company policies are poorly written and vague.I would never come back to Baby Bunting again, no wonder you share price just crashed 20%, you well deserve that.Update: I saw you replied that you indeed have a unique version of the seat. Can you share the exact specification differences and more importantly how does it impact the safety? I’m sure if we go down this path, you would be surprised to find out there’s none.

Today me and my extended family were served by sales assistant Constance. She was lovey, and extremely patient with us and we really appreciate it. Thank you for being so accommodating and making the whole experience of buying a pram and car seat easy.Thank youDenise and Christopher

My partner and I attended this location to purchase a cot for our six month old. The staff member Durr-e-'adan was so helpful and walked us through all the options they had in store and also checked stock levels at other stores.After we had been through all of the options we found a clearance item and purchased it off the floor. The rest of the staff were incredible and disassembled the cot and helped us load it into our car. I highly recommend this location.
