Paid for two nights accomodation. Dryer not working and advised to “walk down to guest laundry” to dry clothes- mildly inconvenient to be sitting in a guest laundry at 9pm when visiting on vocation. Apology along with we check amenities before guests arrive” … not sure this was the case as the dryer was clearly needing repair. Please do check your amenities on arrival as no recompense offered.Centrally located and friendly staff- just not able to attend to clear maintenance issues.

I'll cut to the chase with this hotel. I like everything about it, but it falls short at two of the most important things (at least for me)1. The beds are HORRIBLE. I have slept on old couches that are falling apart with metal frames and springs sticking out that have been more comfortable than the beds at this hotel. As someone who frequents accor hotels, the bed has been the best element of the room. Had the worst sleep of my life.2. Room doors need slow-close hinges or extra padding on the door frames. Any room door closing within 6-8 rooms if where your sleeping sounds like a gunshot going off. Especially annoying when kids run in and out of the rooms repeatedly.A couple of small things that prevent me from giving a much higher score

Rooms are old. Not worth price! Banging early morning by cleaners and other guests! Banging screaming after 9pm I rang and complained the first night. Not worth the price.lovely customer service, amazing female chef. Prefer the peppers

Very friendly staff, reason I stay here. Rooms nice and clean, average rooms, space good.

Room was spacious and great view on 4th floor of 3 bedroom apartment. Great amenities in a 2 bathrooms, laundry, full kitchen, lounge and dining room, overlooking the city. Disturbing false fire alarm at 3am with very little communication from staff on the 4th floor. Helpful front desk and limited off-street parking at an additional cost. Missing a desk behind the Lou ge area for business travellers.

Great hotel centrally located. Room was a bit too big, so I got extra steps in during the stay. Near the Saturday Harvest market, which is a real bonus.

Although we had a room on the first floor overlooking a busy Street it was quite. The suite was clean and comfortable with a kitchenette, lounge area and the usual amenities. Parking was available at $8 a night
