Staff try their best, but wait times are far too long. It's almost like you're sitting in an emergency department! At 745am, there were 20 people in the queue.Better drive to Pendle hill. At 830am when it opens, no wait time.

Very good and friendly service. I went on a Tuesday around 11.30am it wasn't very busy, I picked a number and took a seat after a few minutes the receptionist called me and took my detail and and asked me to wait till my name gets called. I waited for about 10 minute and it was my turn. I believe in the morning it may be busier and the wait times might be longer. For those who doesn't like waiting appointment making options are available.

Quick and efficient place to get the blood tests, the pathologists are skilled here, minus one star because some pathologists need a reality check, they should trust the patient to know which veins or arm is best for collection. I had to be quite insistent with the pathologist on which arm to use, I’ve been having monthly blood tests for two years and know which arm to use. I shouldn’t have to suffer and waste my time further if the pathologist wants to use a different place. Spoiler alert- my vein worked and was in and out in 5 minutes

Very short and slow staff. Waiting from 8.00 for fasting blood test in Wentworth ville and still waiting for my number after 1.30 hours sitting thereBeing diabetic and waiting for so long fasting can be dangerous and fatal.

Staff member did not check system to book appointment. He told he will call to confirm appointment but did not adhere to that request either. It has been one week didn't get a call need to go again for 3rd time just to book appointment.

The lady on the reception was soo rude and loud. She was making things very uncomfortable. She does not know how to explain things. Very disappointing. She ruined my whole day!!!

I would like to say that the head office team has to check the front staff. I am giving an honest opinion that they are so unprofessional and so rude. Need a training or please get rid these front staff and hire little bit professional. Don’t feel like to visit at all. There is no words to express as well so bad.

The staffs were very professional & very much engaging to collect the blood sample from the baby even though it was not the timing for babies. A very good acceptive behavior from the cente staff. Asked for an appointment but was informed to walk in between 10 and 12 pm or between 1 and 2.30pm as the collector for babies and toddler will be available in that time alone.After taking a time off from office, I went on the appointment day at 10.30 am and was shocked to hear that appointment is essential for babies, and moreover the staff has gone for a lunch break, and I was asked to come another day with an appointment. If needed to take tight away, we were asked to wait for an hour for the staff to return.After a couple of conversation, they checked with the staff and were asked to wait for sometime. The staff came in 10 mins and the procedure started.Overall, had a tensed moment in the centre due to lack of communication / process in the centre and among staffs I believe, though the staff are adjustable and cooperative at the end.

I attend this office regularly. The nurses are skilled at venipuncture and I never hesitate at getting my bloods done there. Yes they are busy, so especially in the mornings you may need to wait but thats what happens. You take a number. If your time precious, go later or go elsewhere.
