Quality of product is good, advice with colours etc was good. Communication between teams of people undertaking installation was bad. It took 3 months to finally finish one curtain

Awesome experience! From quote to installation the team was helpful and professional. We had the complexity of needing to install plantation shutters on tilt-&-turn windows but the team at Shades provides expert advice and came up with an elegant solution. We’re super happy with our new blinds, they make our new windows look fabulous!

I have used Shades over the years and once again my experience was very positive. Maddy came up with a great curtaining solution for our lounge room and main bedroom in our new home. We had existing blinds, added some extra blockout blinds and the curtain fabric suits our very modern home. Maddy listened to my requirements and came up with attractive and practical solutions. Trinh was also very helpful and Richard the installer is a perfectionist.I love my new window furnishings and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Shades.

Our installation included three large remote controlled awnings to create a weather protected courtyard area for entertainment. The awnings were imported from Germany and arrived in accordance with the programme. The installation team worked a long day to get the work completed and used their initiative to amend the planned installation process to achieve a more efficient and alethically pleasing outcome. No complaints.

When it came time to replace the set of blinds ordered from Shades 25 years ago, there was an obvious place to look. The new (motorised) blinds were professionally installed and their (subcontractor) electrician did an amazing job. Recommended!
