This is the second time that I do my nails here, I gave it one more chance and the result was a disaster, I left very angry and disappointed. I asked her for a design and a length,she cutted them short and I told her that this was not what I wanted and she continued; she cut my nails as she wanted, always in a hurry and without listening to what I tell her, she made another design which I did not like and charged me extra to try it; A DISASTER .

Nails are uneven, poor English - couldn’t communicate, got sore fingers from getting shaved super roughly with nail file. They want to maximize the space so they don’t care about any customer service or quality of the service. I will never going back to this salon and Nails Tech in Manly is so much better for a similar pricing.

i was so spectacular going this salon, because my usual was close. However, this nail salon had great service. Since it was a public holiday, they were pack of customers. But the ladies made me comfortable and ensured me I was next. After 20 minutes of waiting, the lady was super lovely and was a speed demon!! my nails turned out perfectly. Perfect shape and colour. There products seemed clean and disinfect. Thank you!

This is my favourite place in manly to go to. The staff are so lovely and professional and I’ve never had a bad set. I tend to get nail art on acrylic and they come out so beautifully love this place if I could give 10/10 I would

No.1 Nails is by far the best nail store ever! Such beautiful girls and lovely service. Very professional and fabulous nail techniques. I am very picky with my nails and no.1 nails left me speechless. When you walk through that door you are welcome with smiling faces and open arms. Their shop is very clean and welcoming which makes every customer walk out feeling proud about their nails. BEST STORE IN MANLY!

I had 11 cute to my fingers by the woman filing the polish off my nails. Her boss saw and took over but I received no apology and they still had the audacity to charge me $90. What a joke. Do not go there! This is just one example
