Bought a few items from them- no issues with the stainless steel benches or trolleys that I purchased.I also bought the spray hose and knee basin and it turns out that they are not watermarked and they cannot be used for commercial purposes. When asked for a refund they will only do it if it’s in its original packaging but goes against the ACCC stating that it doesn’t not need to be in its original packaging unless there is a change of mind. Beware when purchasing any plumbing equipment from them. Their only response, is that they’re not a hospitality supplier but just an import company.
