Kristian Nelson-Marshall and his team at City Residential Property have been amazing from start to finish. CRP initially managed our property as a rental for 5 years and more recently acted as our sales agent. Making the commitment to sell a property is not always an easy decision. We had an initial consult with Kristian and we decided it would be his call when he felt the time was right for us to sell. We trusted he would make the right call in order to reach an optimum price and he did just that. The apartment sale broke the building's top price by more than $200k, which was a fabulous result.
