We just arrived in Lismore this afternoon and needed to purchase a fridge and washing machine asap. Mel attended to our needs with great efficiency and Brad was extremely helpful . 30 minutes and we were done and dusted. Thanks guys, great service.

Waited awhile at front desk. They seemed quite flustered and not keen to help. Bought $2k worth of goods but not really happy with service. Mitch was helpful. Others disintetested really.

I have just bought the new Vax VX5 SpinScrub. I looked up the product and Lismore Betta Home Living came up as the closest place. From start to finish, my customer service with Casey (male) was fantastic. I can not in any way say anything negative about my experience. The internet was working so slow in my town because of the rain. (Yes I know sounds ridiculous but it's true) and I had nothing but trouble trying to purchase this with Oxipay. Casey was helpful, informative, kind and made my whole purchase, (which wasn't going very well because of the internet) a lot easier. I recommend anyone to see him. Thursday I purchased it, on my door step Monday. And what a product it is. If you had the experience of the old yellow one, this is like a delux model and I am very sad to think I am excited to use it...…. I'm pretty sure there is much more to life than housework hahahaha. Thank you Casey for your wonderful help.

Store experience was fine, even when they don't call you when they say they would. However, the aircon installer the store use did a very sloppy job. He left holes in the wall for me to fix and didn't clean up after himself. A significant amount of brick debris was left inside and outside the house and he charged $200 more than quoted. Based on my experience I would not recommend buying an air con unit in this store unless you have your own installer.
