Darwich Butchery

Thankyou for your 5* Meat I picked up my order yesterday and received a call to tell me it was ready.A gentleman I believe his name was Mustapha the owner advised i would be assisted to the car when I asked the Indian guy he just walked away and TOTALLY IGNORED MY REQUEST after I paid.THIS IS THE SECOND TIME.....Then a lovely and humble Lebanese older man with a moustache cutting meat saw what happened and helped me.That same Indian guy is always rude and never willing to help.Another Indian guy just came out and stared at me until I left.Otherwise the quality is impeccable.

First time i came here i bought lamb pieces. Beautiful and fresh. Today bought goat and its equally fresh.If you want fresher meat just go to the farm because they have the very freshest meat in a butcher.

I have been using Darwich Butchery for a while now and I am very happy with their services. They have the 3 qualities I look for in a butcher. Quality, friendly service and reasonable price. I have halal butchers near my place but I prefer Darwich Butchery. I had them deliver meat today and once again, I was extremely happy with their services. They take out the hassle of traveling all the way to Lakema. I have to catch 3 trains to get there so the delivery service really helps. I saved time and effort and they don’t even charge for delivery! Just the meat itself. They value the customer more than filling their pockets. I Definitely will keep using them as my butcher of choice.

I came from very far to the shop keeping in view the timing of it's closure was 7pm. I reached at 6.40pm but the shop was being closed and cleaning work was on. Even on requesting we were not served with the excuse that the cutting machine etc. Had been dismantled and cleaned. When the closing timing was given on your website as 7pm then as why it was closed before time. I had come from very far by changing three trains but got very disappointed.

Excellent place for all meat needs. Best quality and hygienic. Prices are reasonable and all Halal products.

Horrible Service!!!! Came into the shop yesterday at 5pm. Bloke serving me was rude and arrogant. Absolutely atrocious level of customer service. I travelled over 40 minutes to get meat because I heard it was good here and bloke couldn’t even be bothered to serve me and ended up mumbling something under his breath as I left. Will never come back!Seriously this is 2022. If you want to be in the retail game, customer service is a basic expectation…

Please make sure you taste and look at what you are getting as we got $90 worth of cold meat we had to throw away, very dry, dark black in colour, cut very thick and very high in salt. when we called the owner he said bad luck, and hanged the phone.

Never come here! They served me meat which was 4 months old and I became severely sick. I thought 2013 was going to be my last year alive. They tried to poison me. They are killers. They serve you old meat which they add chemicals to make it look fresh and new.

Friendly staff, clean environment. Customer service was really good. Goat meat was really tasty. Overall, tiger is doing a really impressive job.
