The owner u have very bad and breaks and cracks in 2 days u charge 45$ for very bad quality and service everywhere I go my sons last for 2 to 3 weeks no cracks no breaks never happened till I did and at Tommy’s

It was amazing experience: Tommy did keratin straitening for me and one of his hair dressers washed my head with a soft and gentle massage. I di not want to leave that place...Next time i will come with my daughter!

I'm very disappointed in this service, I'm normally not one to write a negative review but the deception, lack of communication and confirmation, and general standard of work has really let me down. Explained that I already had the bottom of my hair bleached blonde, and I wanted the top of my hair bleached as well, but I had an undercut so I wanted to know if I qualified for the cheaper price of half head foils". I was looking for a good hairdresser for everywhere in Melbourne and found Tony about 5 years ago. Tony is one of the most humble person you will ever meet but he is highly skilled and he’s understanding of each persons hair is just amazing. Evey haircut that I had from him for last 5 years is perfect. Also there is a lovely lady does wonderful job for hair colours. My daughter had hair ombré done few months ago and she did such a great job. I Would definitely recommend to everyone this awesome hair salon.

I visited here for the second time yesterday for hair straightening have been there before to get SNS. The customer service is awesome. For long processes like hair straightening, keratin treatment -- They offer you tea, coffee, drinks, etc. Very easy to book in appointments even after they being super busy! They are very gentle with your hair and nails. All I would say the best Salon I have ever visited. My hair looks amazing... Thanks to all the staff there who have made this experience an amazing one :) See ya soon!!!

I did keratin hair straightening at this salon and while my hair looked good the day it was done, after the first wash, it looked exactly the same as before. Spoke to the owner who was very unhelpful. Be very careful having any treatments at this salon. Come back??? Never, I've already wasted 3 hours of my time. You obviously don't know what you are doing and you have the nerve to say that keratin only relaxes" the hair when it states on the voucher "keratin straightening""

Do not recommend, hairdresser got scissor happy and made me look like a lawn mower ran through my hair. Not the look I was going for so was thoroughly dissapointed. Was also told that my hair looked like it had been neglected, but the only neglect was that hairdressers sense of fashion
