Shell Coles Express Casey Central

I’ll deliberately drive to the next petrol station just so I don’t have to come here. I wonder if the checkout lady only gets paid in commissions? Being asked if I want to purchase toilet paper, not once, but 3 times in one transaction?!I came here for petrol, not to stock up on toilet paper. I understand they ask this at every Coles Express, which is fine. But as a customer, when I say no thank you, I don't think I should be asked again and again. I was going to suggest she gets a job as a car saleswomen instead, but I don't think car dealership workers are as pushy as her.

Very convenient and frendly service.

I came there with no fuel only 4 min after they closed while someone was still there looking at me thru the window, and instead of having compassion on someone who is almost out of a tank still needing to get home they made an announcement on the speaker phone that they were closed. Disappointing

Experience this morning was quite disappointing because usually all the other staff members at this store are lovely to deal with. Female staff member was too scared to touch the cash I handed over to pay for my purchase this morning. If you have an issue with handling money, might be time for a career change or stay home and isolate, wear gloves if you are that concerned. Plenty if options during these times, there are also plenty of unemployed people at the moment who would probably be better suited for the position. Seems as though management need to provide better training in customer service considering cash is still a legal form of tender and consumers don't need to be discriminated against, looked at with unbecoming stares and treated like they are diseased just because they use cash to make a purchase.

I love going to this shell! The staff are always lovely and have a sense of humour and there is no delay in the petrol clicking over to start filling up. We only use shell because it's the only petrol station we trust after having trouble with sand in other companies petrol
