Aspley Family Medical and Dental Practice

Walked in today with and met “Karen” on the front desk. Was clear she didn’t want any patients by her dismissive attitude. I just walked out.

Me and my family have been going here for 3 years and they’ve been wonderful. They’re really flexible with their bookings, although they can sometimes be busy like most doctors, they’re definitely worth it. They’re caring and really want to help, not just rush you in and out. We usually see Dr Pande, but Dr Sharma the female doctor is also lovely. The nurses are really great with children and babies, very kind and patient. Exactly what you want and need in a long-term family doctor, highly recommend.

Went their once.. Dr, was very nice but. Poor management. Mgr has no respect to thier client. She doesn't know how to treat customers. There was a misunderstanding but she was yelling at me.Booked phone consultation for Tuesday. Still awaiting for calls. Guys. If u can't, don't take appointments.Once I get report not going back their.

I visited and contacted 4 medical clinics that day but everyone was busy for the next 4-5 days and then I stopped by Aspley Family Medical where without a scheduled appointment I got a consultation with Dr. Braj Pande within 5 min. He is professional and knowledgeable doctor who listens carefully to the patient's problem and provide excellent service. Highly recommend.

I have been attending the Aspley Family Medical and Dental Practice for 7 years. Dr Sharma has worked with me for those 7 years and has been absolutely fantastic. She makes me feel comfortable and very welcomed. I have no issues talking with her about anything that may be concerning. She is gentle and extremely caring. She takes the time out of her day to go above and beyond for her patients. I know this because she does this for myself. She is compassionate, empathetic and time generous. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking a reliable and trustworthy doctor. I honestly could not be happier with the outstanding service this practice provides. The staff including: practitioners, doctors, nurses and receptionists are super lovely. Highly highly recommend!

I had the best experience with Dr. Bhandarker!I was confused about what was happening to me. I had two very scary episodes including one in which I partially lost my sight, and if it wasn't for her quick thinking, her attention, and patience to hear what I had to say, I wouldn't be starting treatment for MS.I will be forever grateful for the tactfulness, consideration, and kindness she had to explain this disease to me.I wholeheartedly recommend her services. Dr Sharma is a charismatic doctor who has been my GP for 7 years at this clinic, is like family. She has treated my medical issues such as asthma, eczema, and has given her 100% to support for my upcoming operations. She is always there for her patients and is always happy to help.

Fantastic clinc, we were well looked after by Dr. Pande who even offered for telehealth follow-up! Amazing doctor.
