I recently hired a bin from Bin City for general household rubbish removal.I found Dave and the Bin City team to be prompt and professional in the booking, delivery and removal of my bin.I asked for the bin to be delivered to my backyard, which was at the end of a long, narrow driveway. Jason was able to reverse the truck to my backyard and place the bin where I requested.The bin was both delivered and collected at the time I was advised it would be.Nothing was too much trouble and I wouldn't hesitate to use and recommend Dave and the team from Bin City.

I ordered 2 6mtr bins on a Friday for a Monday 7:00am delivery. I started calling at 8:30am and eventually I was told someone was away but they’re on the way. The bins turned up at 10:30am (3 hours late) one a 5mtr. They immediately charged for 2 6meter bins. I texted the boss who said they’d adjust but no response since. I have contacted numerous times but no response. Lesson learnedI don’t recommend this company, time is precious on a building site. Plus you can’t trust what you will be charged.
