Been there twice and thought all staff were professional in their job and I'm very happy with the results to my vehicle which i need for my business every day.

Worse costumer serviceMy sister advised not to go there. They never call back or write comment here on ur review to pretend they are here to help and ask u to call them with a solution. U never get hold of the guy who replies here . As I think this place is run by the ladies sit at the reception.

Sorry, our review is at the bottom of scale. Used Car Salesman (Supervisor)?was rather condescending, not someone I would have in front line of business. Then when it came to our trade of course, comment wa I wouldn't even embarrass you with quote

These guys really need to lift there game considering there becoming Mercedes dealers.Training wheels is defiantly apllied in this department .Seems very understaffed and getting satisfaction may be difficult if your in a bind and need some help .If your stuck your going to need some fancy foot work or a snake bandage and knowledge how to wrap the wound ! This is mainly due too staffing issues from my observation and we all know how hard good staff can be too find sometimes ..in the end Scott the service manager ended up shining through for us ,it does look difficult looking At there work load To cope with the unexpected .....I think if your taking on as much work as they appear to be with several diffent brands in house there needs to be more attention too there staffing problem and less emphasis on how big the trying to grow .Isn't it funny when there's a problem the manger / dealer principle is never anywhere too be found .

Edited:Its been days, no pme returned my calls and doesnt seem each to reach the service manager. Anyways got the lesson, never will be a return customer hereWe parked for my mums car service. Here we go went to pick up and go surprise bill of $570 - without asking they done some extra things and included Labor cost. Atlesst give a courtesy call guys .. no one walks with that much money in their pocket. Requested for just service only, atleast call the customer prior doing thing you will bill .. never go there again.Today 19/6 after seeing the comment thouvht someone atleast resolve the issue. Here qe go contacted twice today, service manager wasn't reachable and I was told by the service reception both timesthat it's at her do list and I will be contact by 5pm. Well I am still waiting. If you want to resolve my issue then you do have my contact number.

I have had my new car booked in 2 times to fix a problem with it since buying it new and now have to bring it back a 3rd time as It still is not fixed. Very disappointed in the service provided considering I brought the vehicle from them.

My car was bought there repaired there and services done. Staff were always helpful. It's a place you know you will come back too.
