New guy there, poor customer skills, no return phone call, so went to the shop, too lazy to inspect Ride on mower to order blades, told me to take it to mornington, I ended up driving to Rosebud mowers in Rosebud west on highway, the had them in stock and offered to do them straight away during the silly seasons, Watch the port phillip mowers store die from poor management.

Thank you very much for your wonderful service, when I rang and gave my street address your very courteous employee Colin came searching for me in that particular street he then was able to address my problem and came back replaced tyre no fuss, it was an amazing experience for me to have service people who give such fabulous service.
