Had a battery/solar install and sadly the battery wasn't discharging for the house.Called up and was connected with Monika who chased up the issue, found out what was wrong, arranged the installer to come and fix it and then confirmed with me everything was fixed. Importantly, she kept me up to date during every step so not once was I confused or annoyed at where the process was up to or why it needed to happen.Her service was exemplary!

Excellent service. Very happy with Asd.There was an issue with the solar system since I wrote the above review. I contacted ASD 3 times by email. To date, I haven't had a response and it's been almost a month. I wouldn't recommend for this reason

Raymond was great at helping to upgrade our kilowatts on our inverter

this company delayed everything after I put down a deposit. They also wanted me to check things out when I incidentally found out from AGL that inverter wasn't working properly whilst i was meant to be on bed rest post surgery and explained this to them. After months someone eventually came out to fix inverter. They never rebated the loss of money i should have saved. Said was going to managers and never heard back or got anything back. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. They also tell you you will get more back than you do by ridiculous amounts. Would not have got solar had I known. They wanted to charge me for someone to come fix inverter if I didn't fix it myself on crutches either. Until I threatened ombudsman! I asked for ombudsman number they didn't give it pretended they were giving some money back instead, never did despite my many calls

So happy with the quality of service and installation team, and very happy with the solar panel Size thank you so much.

This company is working awesome, So happy to get my solar panels system with ASD experts. Thank you so much for helping and saving my money with such a good deal.

We purchased solar cell from ASD in mid of 2018 and Fronius Inverter has the issue on March, 2022. Then they charge us $330 for existing customer for inspection. Other companies that is recommend by Fronius charges lower than $300 for inspection. We are very disappointed. The unit is still in warranty.
