Maxima

I joined Maxima back in March or April this year after I'd finally had enough of my previous job provider WISE Employment in Cranbourne. Sarah initially signed me up then handed me over to Cassie as my employment consultant going forward. I actually felt like they genuinely cares about me. They offered me some useful resources such as the Job Club as well as consulting with Raj to help me find another job. Unfortunately, that's where everything went down hill quickly. It was very much a case of all talk and no action on their part. Don't get me wrong, I found most of the staff to be friendly and easy going but in terms of finding me suitable employment, they failed miserably. Hence why I decided to change job providers. It was nothing personal but it felt like a waste of time, merely ticking the box for Centrelink.
