Big shout out to the staff member Harrison, he was under the pump with a shop full of customers. He kept his cool yet dealing with great customer service to all the customers in the shop. He was very helpful. 10/10

Bought a leaf catcher yesterday, Not fit for purpose and lets 90% of debris through to the pump filter. NO REFUND next day because it had been used... Given that everything is generally used first before you can evaluate it seems like a pretty poor system. Why go to a physical shop and pay double with this poor customer service?

Jamie was wonderful, he helped me choose a mattress topper. I was really happy with his service and product knowledge. Deserves more than just a pat on the back, I usually can't impulsively buy, but he was trustworthy enough that I did.

So happy to receive helpful and knowledgeable service. Didier did a great job with cutting and preparing my new dining chair foam and day bed mattresses etc. More than just rubber and foam store. A great place to shop.

Fabulous customer service from Row on Sunday 31st March. We needed to purchase a rubber mat to put in the back of our car. Row took us through the whole range and explained the pros and cons of each. He was friendly and helpful. He then very graciously came outside and measured up our car, and then cut the mat to size for us. It fits perfectly. Never been to a shop where an employee was so willing to help customers. Thanks Row - we highly recommend you.

Phone before you go there because what is advertised as available on the web site might not be in stock. Then you might have to wait a month. Or you can drive 20km to another store, or pay $55 delivery.Update: found the same product on Ebay for two-thirds the price including delivery.
