The lockdown had restricted us from travelling to pick up our new addition and the only option was to have a pet transport service to bring him home to us. I was so scared of going through such service thinking of all the worst scenarios ever! (Pup being transported in big trailers, feeling anxious, neglected during a long trip.. even being stolen!). But the moment I got in contact with Tania, saw her reviews especially her videos..I knew she was the only one I would want to bring our furbaby home to us. If it wasn't for Tania, our baby boy wouldn't be home with us.If I had an endless pot of money and all the space in the world, I would get more furbabies and only get Tania to bring them home to us! Tania did an amazing job picking up and chauffeuring our little puppy Bowie to us this weekend. Her communication was excellent from the first email, very professional, thorough and caring. The journey from northern NSW, while a long day, was very well managed, the puppies were well cared for and happy, Bowie arrived calm and not at all overwhelmed. I loved the video update on route.I'd definitely recommend The Pet Chauffeur to look after your animal.

She stayed in regular communication throughout providing video updates which were absolutely priceless for an excited / anxious new fur parent!I honestly couldn’t have hoped for a more wonderfully personalised and professional service. After having so much trouble trying to get little Archie over to my parents with COVID restrictions in place, you made the whole process just happen so smoothly and Archie was really well looked after every step of the way. Could not recommend The Pet Chauffeur more highly, to transport and care for your loved ones. The communication from Tania has been excellent and she is such a pleasure to liaise with.
