We ate here during the Easter long weekend (from Sydney). We came across this place while looking around the main street for a place to have lunch. I ordered the crispy skin chicken and the hubster ordered the sticky pork. I enjoyed my meal and so did the hubster. I reckon the pork could do a little bit more cooking but otherwise, the flavour was there. An overall pleasant experience. Trang was lovely and we had a nice chat with her.

I have ordered food here 3 times now. I have never been impressed with the food. It is very over priced. I came back here because my friend said they have pork crackling. What I got was quite disappointing. The pork belly was chewy and tough. It cost $17 for the salad + card surcharge. And a little container of salad dressing. This will be the last time I am getting food from here.

Not the best Vietnamese. Bahn Mi was dry and bread was stale. Pho was ok but overall dull flavour and needed more herbs. Trang Hue marinades and sauces were nice.

Walked in for a Saturday lunch and enjoyed my time here. Had a crispy pork roll (banh mi) that was flavourful and had just the right amount of ingredients, not overstuffed. Also had a beef pho that was flavoured just right, not bland but not excessively salty; it didn't come with sides like bean sprouts and basil, unlike other vietnamese restaurants, though. Nice interiors, cute wall murals. Terrific service, super friendly. Overall, a more than pleasant experience.

MIXED BAG!Group of us got some bubble tea, those who got the royal milk tea were very happy, I loved it. But the tarro tea was watery and disappointing. Store could do with a freshen up too, but looked like it had solid food options

Do not get the pho, it is terrible, brisket is like boot leather and the soup had very little flavour. There is good pho in Orange but this is not it. The Bahn mi is ok, nothing special but much better than the pho.

I had to re edit this. After a disappointing experience 1st time around. Trang came through 2nd time around. Totally worth it. The food was amazing and beautifully presented. Definitely will be back and recommend. Thanks so much. So delicious.

The BEST food ! Especially with everyone home and after being at hospital all day. Call in your order. Hot and fresh ready for you to pick up. Lemon Chilli beef so delicious ! Pho so good and partner really enjoyed fried fish and sauce. First time will not be our last. Thank you/

Pho is NOT pho. The beef is chewy. We are from Sydney and this is our second time at Trang Hue, hoping this time could be better than the previous one. Totally disappointed. Waste of money.
