The difference between my last real estate and my current ( First National) is phenomenal. After being a great tenant for 4 years I was given a month to move and the promise of assistance finding a new property. As a disability pensioner, I needed assistance - I gone none. Really poor service. In fact the previous agents where derelict in their duty of care . They were terrible.So it is with some surprise, and a whole lot of gratitude, that my new real estate ( First National) have been just absolutely brilliant. From the reception to the property management, I can honestly say that they are by FAR the best, most understanding and empathetic people I have ever come across.The level of care came as such a wonderful surprise. Due to the rising interest rates my current owner is forced to sell, I have only been here 7 months so it is a very stressful period. Brittany, Rochelle and the wonderful ladies on reception, have gone above and beyond to get me a suitable property. I move this week. Yes it is inconvenient and yes it's quite an upheaval however thanks to the brilliant people at First National, it is a lot less stressful than it could have been.Have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending First National to assist in your property needs. Fantastic to work with. Would recommend if you are looking to rent out a property. Lily was quick & efficient & also did a great job at explaining all the steps involved in the rental process. She picked up on details I did not. It is early, but my initial interactions with Rochelle have also been great and I am overwhelming happy with my final leasing agreement.
