The course was run very professionally. There was plenty of time allocated for both theory and practical components of the course with many opportunities for revision to ensure all students would have a good understanding of the content covered. The instructor Dallas Crowe was very knowledgeable and his approach to teaching was professional, encouraging and inclusive.

If you are thinking of looking to study a course ask for Nicole the trainer! She is someone who will not give up on you!!! She is amazing as are the rest of the staff.Dp training strive to help students achieve their goals and are super helpful in person and over the phone. Great, hands on training. I learned so much, and it was great to practice with guidance in real situations. Philip was very attentive and provided plenty of useful information on best practice. I feel much more confident that I can do my job effectively.

I've had a very positive experience with DP Training and my trainer, Philip. The course was run at a pace suitable to me and my learning. Philip was responsive, supportive and professional.

It was an Induction day I wasn't really looking forward to beyond meeting other staff in a relatively new role for me. It was memorable, downright hilarious at times, practical, correction was clear and not punishing. We were encouraged to share our varied experiences in disability and aged care. The Kahoot minigame between sessions needs to be in all future compulsory training.

Such an easy and stress free experience. DP Training conducted my RPL in Mental Health Studies and the process was so seamless that I was almost shocked when I got told I had completed the RPL process in under a month. The follow up and throughcare that the trainers showed was excellent and for someone where English is a second language there understanding was second to none. Thank you DP Training. Highly recommend to all Mature workers, CALD workers, ATSI workers who are wanting to turn their experience into a Qualification.

Thank you for getting back to me. As I mentioned on the phone, the original date was not cancelled by me but by your school. I was offered two dates, one online which I think would not teach me what I needed to learn and one face to face which did not really suit me but was not really given any other option. I have a family emergency which is out of my control. Why is it that you are allowed to cancel on me because the trainer was a no show but I cannot cancel as I have a family emergency. I believe that this is unfair. Furthermore, I was very available on the date I originally scheduled, your company was not. You already broke the contract when you cancelled my original training.If you will not offer me another date I think its only right you refund me my money.

As a mature age student, I feel I was very fortunate to have facilitator Philip Simon of DP Training provide the classroom tuition at Southport for the Certificate 3 in Individual Support (Disability). Philip presents with considerable interpersonal communication skills and was highly competent in delivering the relevant subject matter. I have no hesitation in recommending both Philip and DP Training as a training organization.

Throughout the cert 2 railway infrastructure course I have done with this company and THEE Group, it has been an exceptional experience. The course has run smoothly without any issues. The trainer has done a fantastic job also and has been nothing but understanding and helpful.
