The best customer service. Broke my brake lever while riding and rode to the shop with it. I ordered a new one for click and collect later that day but it turned out to be the wrong one so it was exchanged for the right part with no issues. Along with all that, I used some in store tools and fixed my bike right there in the carpark so I could get back to riding sooner. 10/10 would recommend

Big store with a lot of range, after going in a couple of times nothing has changed and I just can’t get any assistance as staff just stay at the counter talking (unless you go up and wait and ask) First time I was trying to purchase Hubby some new jeans but I had to go through every pair of jeans to double check sizing as they aren’t packed on the shelves in correct sizes and just all over the place, second time i settled on a pair of boots for myself cause I couldn’t find the right size in the ones I wanted. Then decided to give it another go and ended up giving up trying to find the boots he wanted in the right colour and size. Would be an awesome store if there was assistance

Great selection of gear (would be tops if they had a little more in store, I've had to order a couple things online due to not having the size in store) the staff are super friendly and welcoming, happy to help with anything and very knowledgeable - definitely the place to go for motorbike gear in Newcastle

Very helpful staff, priced matched a helmet my wife bought with no problems, big variety in store.

I went there today with a friend who's getting into motorcycling, the service was friendly knowledgeable, person needs centred, informative and supportive in every way.I can comment the staff as welcoming, and customer service to be top quality, patient and accommodating to every need and rider personalised and not just for a sale !!!!

Easy parking, staff seems more interested In talking at counter then helping customers, but great selection of gear.

Can’t recommend Amx Glendale enough. A Massive range of stock and excellent staff. Greg took the time to explain the subtle differences in helmets and clothing across their whole range and narrowed down my choices for me which made choosing a-lot easier (especially in a store with such a large range haha). Excited to return for more equipment.
