Had an outstanding shopping experience with MSY fyshwick. Online stock levels look to be accurate which is great, price is hard to beat and the staff are friendly and provide great service.As with all speciality computer shops, it is a good idea to do your own research first, knowing exactly what you want saves time for you and the staff.Highly recommend shopping here.

Great shop with friendly and helpful staff for buying PC components locally, and for PC building services all for fair prices. When I couldn't get my PC to boot, I had it rebuilt within the same day. Their online site is helpful too if you need to browse the stock available.

Frustrating store. Every time I've been to the store lately, I've left empty-handed. Today I went in, the guy behind the counter found what I wanted. He went to the computer which said there was zero balance so he couldn't sell it to me. Super frustrating. I won't be back. It's way easier shopping online.

James and the team at the Fyshwick store are incredible!They went above and beyond for me with a warranty item and James was in regular contact with me over the phone because I lived 3 hours away.James tested my new products for me to make sure there was no other issues before I made the 6 hour round trip.Thank you James and MSY Fyshwick!

My experience with MSY Fyshwick was very positive. All of the staff members were happy to help me out with a technical issue with my computer. The technician, Mark, resolved the problem within a single afternoon. I'd happily recommend their services again.

if i could give half a star i would, first point. refused cash and no where on the website does it state that. second point website shows one price (and nowhere online does it say online price) and in store is a different price and refuse to honour websites price.will be reporting to the ACCC for false advertising
