Mini Masterminds Erskineville

It feels like there is no carer who actually cares about kids. You can easily see and feel it when you visit there. Also the management is the worst. Its not organized at all and you won't get any response from them if you really need something. My kid went there for a few months and I still regret.

Our children have been at this center from day 1. There were some challenges under the old management. Since then, the new team helmed by Leanna has done a magnificent job in turning things around. Communications between staff and parents are now much better! Educator turnover has plunged--this is a significant improvement because constancy is important to children. We lose a sock every now and then, but that's just part and parcel of caring for kids.

Mini masterminds in Erskineville is great. They’ve really worked hard to turn the centre around after recent staff changes and have brought in real structure to the kids day. They had formal leaving plans, Management language, yoga and even offer swimming lessons, which is amazing.Thank you to all the staff at Mini Masterminds for your hard work and care for our little ones. We know they’re in great hands with you there and will be well set up for kindergarten when the time comes.

My little girl has been attending the centre since the end of last year. The educators in the toddlers l room went above and beyond to help her settle and ensured that this transition was as smooth and easy as possible. The director has been so lovely and not only seems passionate about her work but she genuinely cares. The director was able to answer all the questions I had and eased any fears I had. I visited a number of centres in the area and this centre was an absolute standout! Not just the facility which is absolutely beautiful, but the educators and director who are all lovely but the programming as well she loves the sports program. If I could give this centre more than 5 stars I would!! Thank you Mini Masterminds for making this journey for our family so easy. I can’t thank you all enough.

By far, best childcare ever!! It was hard for me to let my little one go, but so thankful I choose Mini Masterminds. From my tour, to orientation, to my daughter’s first day; the director & educators have made me feel at welcome & at home. The team have open communication, and go above & beyond to have my daughter & my needs met. I especially love the extra Curricular activities held daily, my daughter doesn’t stop talking about them. 10/10

I recently started care for my child at Mini Masterminds in Erskineville and I couldn't have been more impressed with their services! From the moment we walk in, the staff greet us warmly and make us feel right at home.What really stood out to me was how knowledgeable and caring the staff was towards every child that came through their doors.My child absolutely loved the time spent there and always asks about when is their next day at school. As a parent, it's so reassuring to know that my child is in such safe hands when under their care.I cannot recommend Mini Masterminds enough - they truly deserve all five stars for their outstanding service, commitment to quality care and exceptional team!

A big shout out to the team as the difference in the centre from end of last year to today is a testament to the hard work that has been put in by all. It’s been really lovely to see the centre transition to the place it is now (and a huge relief!).The day to day organisation and reliability of the service has improved ten fold and is very noticeable at Drop Off, Pick Up and in the constant communication going out to families. The energy in the centre now feels happy, fun and a lot calmer, which I think in a large part is due to the educators and a new culture in team.All the efforts and changes, big and small have been so much appreciated and are really paying off. Thank you to everyone involved for being so willing to take on feedback, receptive to change and commited to putting in the hard work!For anyone considering Mini Masterminds Erskineville, I feel the most recent reviews - as of this year since a new centre director commenced and with the onboarding of new educators and retention of those who have been with the centre longer, provides an accurate picture on how the centre currently performs. I really hope in time that the star rating uplifts to reflect how awesome the centre is - for us 5/5!

Mini Masterminds Erskineville has helped me as a first time mum feel completely at ease. I was offered orientations to settle into the service with the acknowledgement from staff that not only do they want my daughter to feel comfortable in her new setting, but me as a mum too. I always get a warm welcome when entering, shared ample updates throughout the day AND they even have my daughter eating so many more new foods. i am so grateful.
