It was such a worst experience with the ladies at the counter. Will never come back here. Such rude and abusive women working there. Eating and working at the same time. The lady named TONI had a mouthful and same time attending with my application. Seriously, they need to be taught education.

I would give them 0 if I can… worst service and extremely long wait…. Rude customer service and unclear on what IDs you need to collect parcels

Very poor service and advice from counter lady, not the first time dealing with her. Her behaviour is actually very rude for a customer based job.

I came in twice today regarding an application for working with children clearance and then for some documents certifying for another application. Both times I was served by a lady called Toni who couldn’t have been any nicer or more knowledgeable. She made the whole thing so easy both times. Thanks Toni you’re a gem

Well seems I am not the only one have bad experience in this post office. This is my local post office and unfortunately I have to go there to pick up my parcal but other than that, I will try my best to avoid being served by those rude, arrogant, ignorant stuff. I have to agree with all the other comments, those women are terrible and look down on you. I went to do the passport and the way they speak to you is so rude and condescending. Like you are retarded.Also I notice some people have nice experience there and i am not surprised as i do see them smile at some customers and being nice when they want to. But they treat you differently if you have different looks or colours. And it is not only 1 staff doing that, the majority of them are rude ignorance rascist.I do have to give credit to the manager there which is a man and an Irish woman who are nice and smile to customers.

Clarkson PO is my regular especially parcel pick ups.I always had chris at the parcel pick up door once you ring and he is always very helpful and friendly.I have also been served at the counter and so far I havent had any unpleasant experience from the staff there.No doubt its a very busy place and queues get longer.Population has definitely increased over the years with so many housing complexes and new estates around.Maybe the branch needs more resources.

Came across an extremely nice and super friendly staff; the name tag printed as Jay. Excellent and impressive customer service. Well presented and warmth smile goes a long way. Thank you Jay for a pleasant experience.

I came in for passport photos with family. I was spoken to in a rudely manner. The lady replied “better get on with it, don’t have all day” It was her tone and unfriendliness. My family members were shocked! We left talking about how rude some of the staff have been towards us other times. We’ve decided never to do business here again. Disgusted!!

It looks like I am not the only one to be talked to in a very rude manner. I lined up and waited. A lady finished serving someone so I approached standing 10 feet away hoping to ask a question.The lady behind the counter said rudely and as if talking to a child DID YOU APPROACH ME WITHOUT ME CALLING YOU!Then told me I was in the wrong line, well that's what I wanted to know.This nearly reduced me to tears. It's really not ok to talk to customers like this.The person who did serve me was professional.
